Yes we have cottages some large and some smaller and they are located at Beach area 1, just a minute walk to the beach.....we tend to have a younger crowd and groups of friends on that weekend and there is some noise and partying.
We can accommodate your group for 80.00/person for both nights, and we have units which can sleep up to 14 people.
This is a great deal because you are booking well in advance!
They all have kitchens and A/C with barbecues outside and a place to have a campfire down by the river.....

Yes, I have Beach Area 1 available. Rates per suite is $45.00 pp/pn based upon 6-8 people minimum per suite.
